Are you talking about MMM?

That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.
With all the security they have running around? I doubt even the President himself could bring a gun with him if he wanted to.
Oh, no! They've all transformed into giant, Swedish, lederhosen-clad yodelers! Run!

@Irish: What are you playing for? Some
big concert thing?

Don't forget.
Always, somewhere,
someone is fighting for you.
As long as you remember her,
you are not alone.
Dubya's brand-new Presidential library opened today on campus, and he specifically requested the marching band to perform for them. We'll play a couple of tunes at an outdoor dinner party thing, then we'll march down to the library. Then we're invited to the party.
Oh, no! They've all transformed into giant, Swedish, lederhosen-clad yodelers! Run!
Congrats.
I played viola for four years in school, but I never had the time or motivation to practice as much as you're supposed to and I quit at the first opportunity.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Well, good luck to ya, Irish! Hope you have a good time.

I've never had much talent with instruments, either. I tried saxaphone. I sucked.

Also, other than our fight song,
these
are
the songs we'll be playing.
Maayyyybe not exactly Presidential music, but the band will definitely be having fun.

I'm still looking for an instrument of mine. Tried electric guitar, but the learning curve was too steep. There's some kind of weird stereotype that the Vi and blind are supposed to be great at the piano. Well, I sucked at it.
Edit: Oh badass, you'll be playing Tank!

Zagreus sits inside your head, Zagreus lives among the dead.
Zagreus sees you in your bed, And eats you when you're sleeping.
You could always go for something weird like the theremin or glass harmonica.

I dunno. They could spend it hoping that BM would wind up with a Stallion?
Every instrument in
this song
is ridiculously awesome. Especially the double theremin solo.

@Irish: Playing "Tank!"? Okay- now I'm jelly.

Yep. 'Tis awesome.

Could one of you guys consider recording the music? It'd be cool to hear Tank! live.

I've never heard of any of these songs.

Practicing is the hardest part. I think that you have to really love music in order to be willing to practice enough to get good at it.

Not as cool as Tank!, but our university played
this
from the Spirited Away ost.

I remember playing a POTC medley when I was in my junior high's band.

It's always weird to hear music which has parts that sound similar to something else, because you keep expecting it to go one way but it suddenly goes a different way instead.
I remember a song once where the first few notes were the same as the
Back to the Future theme. I'm not sure what the
Spirited Away song reminds me of, but it sounds familiar.

I really regret not continuing band or orchestra. I'm in choir, and we don't really do anything cool.

And just today I heard our orchestra doing a fantastic Le Mis medley.
