@Syd: that we have. we were talking about how changelings would sustain themselves if a few defected form Chrysalis and decided to live among the ponies. then one of us suggested that lust could be a substitute for love as far as a food source for them, and with that the brothel was brought back into conversation.

That actually makes me a bit curious about how bondage would work. If ponies naturally form such attachments in herds anyway, would all relationships be like that by default?

Sadly, the Fluttershy being a dominatrix idea isn't as surprising as it should be. Seems the idea's caught on after Advice from Pinkie Pie.

Real pony herds tend to be one or two stallions and a bunch of mares... with outside stallions trying to sneak in here and there to take over.

Yeah they used to. Now at the top we've got immortal god princesses, a couple of mortal not god princes and other nebulous presumably nobles.

I guess that could be a step towards equality. In the past only mares could vote for the nation's leader. Now nobody can. Hurray?
