@Human Applejack picture: I would guess that one side of her pants got ripped off by a wild animal, but that would be unlikely because her leg isn't scratched up. Maybe Winona chewed up one leg? Or someone cut off one side as a prank? She looks like she's going to confront someone, maybe she's going after the one who cut off half her pants?

@Nurse Redheart picture: That looks like it could be a scene from Read It And Weep. Where Rainbow Dash is trying to get back into the hospital by faking that her wing is hurt again, and Nurse Redheart gives her a "yeah, right" sarcastic look. That is, if you replaced the doctor in that episode with Nurse Redheart.
