Sort of. It's junior work at best - taking care of stuff that's too time consuming and simple for the designers to bother with. IT's a UI-related task, I'm just helping out with menu stuff.
@Keg: Ouch, that sucks. It's never fun when a deadline gets pushed up, especially when it's something that was already a bit of a crunch. Hope everything goes as smoothly as possible.
