@Applelight: At least if the prof complains you can explain that he was the problem. It's not like you were slacking off or anything. Even better if you email him ahead of time and tell him that you tried to get in contact with your partner and couldn't.

Also, I'd say that humanized cutie marks would either go on the shoulder or back of the hand. They're more visible without being obtrusive.

Nah, he's set. He got to use them. I didn't.

This is why group projects are the worst. I hate having my grade tied to the work someone else does, and I hate the pressure of being partly responsible for other people's grades as well.

-hugs Freeman- I'm not fond of group projects either. One time, I had a half group of incompetent members (in middle school).

Unfortunately, the combs still refuse to come... at least no pony is in the vicinity, or I'd have to pet/hug the pony.

Group projects always suck. There's always at least one person involved who just doesn't give a crap and ruins it for everyone else.

Yea, group projects. There were times I preferred to preemptively do everything myself because I was 100% sure involving the other guy would only make it worse. I was rarely wrong.

But, in a particularly huge group project, part of the final mark was group evaluation, where you evaluated how each of your teammates did his job. One guy who did absolutely nothing blew the entire subject due to that.

I remember being the lazy ass who wouldn't contribute to the group effort. And there were only two of us in the group in the first place.

I hope I never end up doing that again. Dude was so mad at me when the year-long project was finally done with.

Just email your instructor, and hope for the best Apple. And get some sleep. Being up all night worrying isn't going to help the issue, that's for sure.

A surprising amount of issues can be solved by just taking a deep breath, having a cup of tea, and relaxing for a while.

I recall during my GPW(Game production workshop, a three-term project at my school where thirty-odd students got together and made a game from scratch), we had an artist who did borderline no work from the get-go... eventually moving onto no work. He would work on other projects in class time, or just look at phone information. IT got so bad the teacher said if it was possible to 'fire' a student, he would have. At the end of it the other artists wound up completely removing all traces of his work from the game and replacing it with other assets, because what he did make was half-assed and terrible.
