Those comments in the Wall Street Journel were interesting. That Hater is of course, entirely welcome to their own opinion.

And they might even have a point, to a certain extent. I do watch this show to forget my troubles for a breif 22 odd minutes a day. Is that so bad? I do have a life outside the show btw. I have a job, I have friends, I'm studying in a prestigious University, and I have other interests and hobbies.

Sometimes...the cloppers go to far though. I'll admit that.

I'm sure there's as many reasons to watch it as there are people watching the show.

I like that the show keeps me in the right emotional spectrum. A guy who's job it is to make fun can't go getting depressed, now can he?

Thank You! Cloppers are NOT bad people (most of them anyway), yet everyone talks like they're the scum of the earth. It's like the other fans assume that they physically CAN'T watch the show without thinking about sex or something

I'd be a complete and utter lier if I said that I never had one dirty thought while watching this show...and some of the humanization art is...y'know. Nice.

But...when some cloppers go too far (drawing cute kids cartoon characters engaged in grafficaly explicted acts), it can reflect badly on the fandom as a whole.

I just saying...excercise restraint and caution.

I'd say it depends on how loud they are about their Clopperness. I'd say most of the art is perfectly fine, as long as it's only dispersed in the right areas of the internet.

Eh, it's just one of those issues that divides every fandom, I guess. I don't have a huge problem with it. Lord knows I've got my kinks. But yeah, just don't go around flaunting it I guess, since it brings the public perception down as a whole. Keep it to yourself.

I agree with what's been said already; I have no right to dictate what you fap to, but keep it behind your computer screen. We're a vulnerable fandom as it is, and the instant the media find out about Ponibooru, we're all boned.
