Underwear? Huh? *Looks it up... tilts head* Huh.
No, we don't wear anything like that, nor would it be practical. I mean, say I need to use a bathroom, but now I have this thing on my flank that is in no way convenient for me to get off. Maybe a unicorn wears is since they have telekinesis, but Earths and Pegasi don't. I can only imagine how annoying underwear would be.
I can see why you humans wouldn't be impeded wearing such things, given that you have hands.
