Either Trixie or Nightmare Moon as Anican/Vader. Those two are the only ones with talent and an ego enough to make it work. Actually, this could work if Trixie was the former student to Celestia with Twilight as the new one.

Though that would make a rather interesting reversal as the Lunar Republic would be the bad guys.

And make Spike cp3o, if only because he'd be great at the snark.
