Not just me, there's been grumbling about it in Troper Updates. That's what prompted my post in the first place, actually.

It's not the number of tropes so much as possible trope misuse, really. And I figure people that actually follow the show have a better idea of whether particular examples actually apply or not.

Well we can discuss it here then apply the changes as per the discussions.

I guess if you have time, just go over the character pages and do some cleanup. Remove tropes that don't apply, add context for unclear examples, etc.

Clean up is my specialty. I will see to it if I have time.

Giving the pages a quick lookover, will cleanup or discuss as needed :V

The moment Rainbow did Rainboom was the moment I realized that the writers don't give a ship about physics.

RD totally had it coming to her, the other Mane 5 did nothing wrong and a lot of the hate towards the episodes is due to Dash fanboys being upset that worshipping the ground that RD flies over is treated as being wrong.

@ d Roy: nah, clearly she can tap her racial magic the same way Sonic naturally harnesses the power of Chaos to outrun the wind itself.

Another physics discussion, also Sonic is definitely much faster when he actually tries

You know, Dash was one of my least favorite characters at the time, and even I didn't like the episode. I really don't see how people can think that it's just Dash fans who hate the episode.

I also don't agree with how the others decided to deal with the situation, but that's just my opinion.

It wasn't just the Mane 6 treating Dash that way. It was also just how exaggeratedly OOC Dash was, and more to a point, how the entire setting felt OOC. Nothing about the episode felt at all like the rest of the series.

@Ace - Well, if you want to eat up that kind of nonsensical explanation, I can't say anything more.

I know I often ask what ponies are capable of, but that's only within the realms of the show. I don't need the science behind it.
