Actually, I'm really pleased with the way Fighting is Magic went down. Yes, we're denied an incredibly awesome game, but it put the team in the position, both skill-wise and publicity-wise to make an awesome game of their own. If any of those guys are planning on getting into professional game making, they've now got the best resume fodder you could hope for, and that's assuming their new game doesn't make a critical splash.

I'm studying Japanese, though I'm aware that's not nearly the same thing.

Ogatamon is the person who did that awesome Japanese version of This Day Aria, right?

Did she? O.O I knew she had done some songs from S1, but I wasn't following her closely enough to see any of her newer stuff.

@story I'm fairly sure Red Savant speaks Japanese. I think Crowfall said he spent some time in Japan, so he might know some too.

Japan is the cuteness capital of the world.

Red is studying to be a translator if I remember right. I know he can read it fairly well; no idea if he speaks it though.

Why can't all the cool stuff be in German? I guess there is the Galacon stuff, but it's not the same. And most German stuff is in English anyway.

Is Quest Tarot really such horrible place that it's an error to live there?

Well, Ceres was more involved with agriculture than rulership, but I guess that's a compliment? Ceres Tier hs to be better than, say Marie Antoinette Tier, right?

Has anyone just had one hay of a depressing day? Sorry to bring in some negativity, but I've been informed by doctor that I've only got about 4 months of useable vision left. It's not much to begin with, but I've always hoped for a breakthrough or surgery I could try before the inevitable. I've been struggling with depression these last few years and although it's gotten a little easier, this really isn't going to help. Again sorry, I just didn't know where else to go, you guys are pretty much the only friends I've got. Thanks for putting up with me and being welcoming these last few weeks.

Welcome to the Thread Princess. Weird that I pop back in for the first time in weeks right when a new person shows up.

I was seriously saddened by the loss of Fighting Is Magic because it was, in my opinion, the single greatest thing this fandom has produced. I loved everything I saw about it and was definitely looking forward to playing it. And though I'm happy the team has found a new project to work on, I don't really care about it since everything that made me interested in it has been lost. Maybe once I see what they're actually working on I'll change my mind.

I don't know you either! I guess that's what I get for disappearing after Season 3 ended.

well given they are keeping as much as they can, . and only really changing the graphics, shouldn't be hard to do a mod that reconverts it to pony.

I'm sorry, darkabomination. My mother went blind as well (well, that and paralysed. She had Multiple Sclerosis.) That said, while I can't remember a lot from back when she could see, I still cherish the time I spent with her, including the time she was blind.
