OK, so the girls might look very very different, but I have to admit, that's some stunningly beautiful artwork right there. And I for one am so so happy to see how S Ps and Mermares look.

Also, I see AJ eating seaweed and not liking it...very nice call back. We were actually talking about that the other day. At least seaweed food is canon now. Hope it's nice, and AJ's just used to sweeter stuff.

Im very sorry for switching the subject, but is anyone bothered by the complaints about how "sexist" the show is?

First, the show doesn't bother me because I like how competent the females are. Although Pinkie Pie and Applejack don't have powers, they're at least useful. I also love the tomboyish Rainbow Dash.

Plus, there's anime and other shows that portray women as weak, immature, mean, and useless, but there's no controversy, plus fans actually agree with it. Finally a girl's show with strong female ponies and it stirs controversy? That's unfair and hypocritical.

Some people just want to attack the show and will use anything they can, even if it doesn't make sense. That's not something new.

There are dozens of shows about male characters doing amazing things.... one show about female characters doing something other than giggling and baking cookies and its sexist?

Wait, what's the argument for the show being sexist? Because it's probably the single least sexist thing I can think of. I don't think I've ever seen anyone make that kind of accusation towards the show.

I'm pretty sure I've seen such complaints in Tumblr (where else?). They were just as stupid as you think they are, maybe worse.

That sounds like trolling. Seriously, it could be argued that this show is sexest against males it's that strongly and positively feminine. And even saying that would be stupid.

The sad thing is that I love Shining Armor and Big Mac because to me they're the best males...I think Spike is okay. I hate Snips and Snails tho...they're annoying. For example I hate Naruto and Digimon, but I don't attack those shows.

This show is so unsexist, i'm not even sure which sex it's supposedly sexist against. What are these claims of sexism?

Also, Shining Armor and Big Mac are awesome, but best stallionis Fancy Pants. (Speaking of him, it seems that Lunaverse fans are especially big Fancy Pants fans. The Lunaverse version of Fancy Pants is practically batman.)

It might be that malarky from before the show aired about how Dash was sup[posed to be a lesbian stereotype. OR it might be claiming sexism against men because... they're... less-used? There's probably some absurdest, wildly misogynistic logic behind that out there somewhere, but it's pretty blatantly tripe.

The trolls most likely consider it sexist because males aren't the main characters.

Only princesses in charge? This must be one of those violent feminazi propaganda shows about how all men are violent and stupid and only women in charge can create a perfect happy utoptia! How many men do you see around? They obviously only keep the bare minimum required to breed, and kill the rest, and the males that DO get left have to work menial jobs and aren't allowed in any positions of power! It's basically like China except I'm the women! They're obviously trying to teach little girls to grow up to hate men!

Those pictures from Under The Sparkling Sea look really pretty. Fluttershy cooing over that butterfly-looking fish was just cute.

I don't know if you've see the article about the guy who hacked Donkey Kong so his daughter could play as the Princess and rescue Mario instead of the other way around.

People actually commented on the YouTube video that they hoped the little girl (a 3 year old if I recall right) would die so that there would be one less Feminist in the world.

A certain part of the population actually gets upset and scared when females are depicted with any sort of power... its disturbing

Oh, that's nothing. There's that one story about that idiot guy who hacked Metroid so people could play as a guy in response, because he hates feminists.
