Having my own room again with the lock on the door is great. I no longer have to put up with the witch or my brother. Here's an example, you'd be trying to watch tv in the living room, and she would enter the room talking on the (cordless!) phone to her mates. She'd either hit the mute button or even just switch it off as you are watching it without warning and then make herself comfortable. Try to reprimand her for this, she aggressively waves you away, throws something at you or even assaults you. So you'd either have to sit there until she's done, or just give up and go do something else. Ask her why she does that, you get told to fuck off.

Well now I have my own telly in my own room and there's nothing to distract me. Great thing too? She bangs on the door demanding I go make her tea or do stuff for her, and I just ignore her. This sends her off on a childish tantrum, and it's hilarious.

She actually flew into such a rage, she accidentally stabbed herself with a fork.

Eeeyep...it's hard having a hormonal 44 year old teenager in the house.

That's easier to deal with than the theft of your money though. As a child, my birthday money was her chief source of partying money.

Rent is too dear for the likes of me to go it alone without having to quit Uni and take up full time employment. I did move out once for 6 months in the past with friends, and although it wasn't great, I'd certainly take that over this any day. It was bearable when my dad still lived here, but now that he's had the sense to bail, it's a lot tougher.

Maybe when my friend returns...and I'm working at that council job over the summer...we could do it again. It would make the decorating a waste of money though.

This is why I almost always fall in love with other guys instead of women, or at least why it's increasingly hard for me to fall in love with a woman. I'm not saying it's impossible, but holy crap, good women are hard to come by. My actual sexual orientation is 50/50 bisexual.

Umm, anyway, what video games do you think the ponies would like? Mane Six or otherwise.

Twilight would like Portal, Portal 2, the Ace Attorney series, and maybe The Legend of Zelda series.

Rainbow Dash would probably like the Metroid series, some of the Sonic The Hedgehog games, maybe Team Fortress 2 and the Left 4 Dead series.

Fluttershy might like Okami. Maybe Pokemon.

Pinkie Pie would like multiplayer games, the kinds that The Runaway Guys play. And ''Kirby's Epic Yarn

I can imagine Applejack playing the Mother series.

Actually, there's a point to this that can be brought back to the show. Friendship is a powerful thing. It was probably my friends who ensured that I came out ok rather than as a meek and down trodden wreck. They knew what she was like and were always there to talk, lend support or even let me stay the night when things got tough. They are the reason I was a Genki boy as a kid and not a shell. I'm actually the opposite of twilight...I've had friends since the start (I lived on the street basically) but now I've been separated from them, and the fallout is hitting me hard. I used to think I was strong, but actually I was only as strong as them.

I could see Fluttershy loving Pokemon or Harvest Moon. Racing games in general and the Sonic series for Rainbow Dash, particularly Sonic 3 and Knuckles and Unleashed. Rarity would be into the Sims. Not sure why, but I get the feeling Applejack would like First-person Shooters. Twilight would like Turn based strategy or RPGS. Hell, she'd probably be happy with a Rubik's Cube. Pinkie would like games with a strong multiplayer such as Mario Party. And Mortal Combat or Super Smash Bros for Spike.

And just for the hay of it, let's say Resident Evil for Celestia and Silent Hill for Luna. Shining Armor would be into Call of Duty or Command and Conquer. And Kirby for Derpy.

@darkabomination: There's a hack of Sonic 3 and Knuckles someone made that replaces Tails with Rainbow Dash. In her super form, she has cupcakes floating around her instead of birds that attack enemies.

I haven't played video games in so long that I really don't have anything to contribute.

The unofficial Season 3 poster seemed to get lost in the shuffle last night. What really stands out to me is the way Trixie is glaring at Alicorn Twilight with such pure, undiluted hatred.

That's cool, but her invincibility jingle should be a a 16 bit version of her solo from At the Gala or the Sonic Rainboom BGM. Even better if done with Ristar or Sonic Spinball instruments.
