That twitter post is specifically referring to this picture

of the Dr. Whooves Hot Topic toy, which calls him Dr. Whooves instead of Time Turner. It might confuse some folks to refer to the toy by another name.

Then again, what happened to Time Turner? I remember hearing the Gameloft app changed it to Dr. Hooves in a patch for some unknown reason. Bah, Hasbro can never settle on names, it seems...

Also, Time Turner & Written Script are totally Dinky's dads.

EDIT: I did not link the Discord Whooves blog on accident. I blame Time Travel.

Oh and someone explained the hotel bill issue. It wasn't the con staff told the hotel they would pay for it, then didn't. The Con staff worked out a deal with the hotel, they get X number of room nights booked, they get y amount they can use for free. They overestimated how many attendees they would get, and so failed to fill the X number, therefore didn't get the Y free that they had given out already.

Well that's a lot more excusable then. I guess they should use reservation systems in the future.

Has anyone ponyfied Susan? I know she's not the greatest character, but damn it she deserves a happy ending. Equestria would be a nice place for her as she could have all the adventures she wants with her grandfather surrounded by friendly ponies.

I think so, but I can't remember seeing it off the top of my head. Binky's almost certainly been done though.

In Tvtropes, his tail is a fixed point in time. Close enough.

I really liked The Vinyl Scratch Tapes. Though nothing really unique about how they played Vinyl and octavia, but was really cute, funny and heartwarming.

I actually didn't think that much of it. But then again I guess I'm a bit picky regarding fanfics. I was also annoyed that I couldn't find an ebook version.

I don't really care enough about Dr. Whooves to spend the money on a figurine. If they make one of Lyra in sitting position though... I will buy a dozen of those and just leave them sitting around my house.

Hence my Hm. It's neat to see they're making more of them, but I can't bring myself to care THAT much. Truth told I'm not even super up on normal Doctor Who.

Make me a pony John Watson and we'll talk. but I'd totally jump on a vinyl Pokey Pierce or the Pegasi Jocks if they came out with them. Or one of the Quartet Ponies who isn't Octavia.

The fact that I know nothing about Doctor Who aside from what I've absorbed through osmosis is the main reason I don't care much about Dr. Whooves. 90% of the fanworks about him are Doctor Who shoutouts.
