Well, remember that those are the minority. There's over reactive fans everywhere your a part of. Just look at any MLP episode on Youtube and you'll have Fi M hating on G1 and G3 and the same for G1 purists.

He was a pegasus in Sonic Rainboom and one or two others.
jitters explained it as his body still adjusting to the new equine form it was forced into when he entered that verse, and being unstable, so randomly growing and losing wings till it settled out.
The next update to the Blog had him seal the rift, and you fall out.

Has anyone ponyfied Susan? I know she's not the greatest character, but damn it she deserves a happy ending. Equestria would be a nice place for her as she could have all the adventures she wants with her grandfather surrounded by friendly ponies.

I've noticed that ever since the season 2 finale, there's been controversy over the season finales of this show. First the sudden introduction of Twilight's brother and a third alicorn, then Twilight becoming an alicorn. What'll happen in the S4 finale that'll piss off alot of people? Would it be a crossover with the G3 ponys? The mane 6 all get boyfriends? Celestia/Discord becomes canon?
