I live on the fourth floor of an apartment building so I don't have to put up with trick-or-treaters.

Also, I don't think I'm in as bad a shape as Ireland or Mexico, although the city I live in was rated "The most dangerous city in the United States" a decade or so ago, and it still consistently ranks in the top (bottom?) 25.

Does it ever.

Earth Ponies are supposed to have a special connection to the land and animals..right?

Notice that the two E Ps in the main cast have the best relationships with their pets after Fluttershy?

RD has little interaction with animals...Rarity's cat can be troublesome...and Twilight has had seriously bad luck with animals.

Yeah, but she gets on with Owlouacious pretty well, I thought. And I think Rarity is okay with Opalescance so long as she doesn't try to wash her - which could be said for most people with cats, really.

Yeah, but getting stung several dozen times and then getting skunked is one hell of a bad experience. I'd have given up too.

See how the technology of Orks only works because they believe that it should work, thanks to a passive physic feild they generate? That's how I see the passive magic of this world working.

Take AJ for example. She farms apples in a normal manner, but thanks to her inhertant magic...these apples will always be superior to ones grown by a non apple pony...

...and Pinkie has her Rule of Funny abilities.

Yep. Snakes. Then she backed into the bat cave. Then ran into a tree and had a hive drop on her head. And finally she ended up in the skunk cave.

One thing that always bugged me about that, though, living in a northern region: bees in winter. Are there regions of the world where that can happen? Because up here, the bees are dead long before the snow falls.

Both bees in scarves, and fluttershy knitting. Add them both together, and you could weaponize it.

But seriously, I sort of wonder if Fluttershy ever would knit. It seems like the sort of thing she might bo. Make a nice sweater for Angel, or something.
