Well, it's more ha just knowing where to put the heart. She just seemed... I dunno. Something about her expression and actions screamed "I'm ready for this. I always have been."
Also, you know, the Crystal Ponies shouting about "The queen!"
She has history with that place, that much is certain.
I have a message from another time...

Thats remind me of B5 Shadows.
Hmm Sombra is kind of pony who would be happy to answer "What Do You Want" question. And for most of episode he was similar to Shadow Planet Killer.
Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.

You know what would make a Villain Song (or not) in MLPFIM? A song so outrageous and so disgusting that Hasbro would drop dead before they approve of such a thing. A song like this:
What if the Smooze came back as a pile of horse apples that sings opera?
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!

You don't think its just a case of every child born to the exiled rulers of the Crystal Empire was told exactly what they must do if the place ever appeared again, had it drilled into their head since they were a foal so they could reclaim the family's birthright?

More like Celestia and Luna told Cadance her heritage some time ago, and promised her that they would do everything in their power to protect it, should the place return.

I guess it depends if there were exiled rulers. Did Sombra's curse affect every Crystal Pony everywhere, or only the ones that were in the Empire at the time of his defeat? Somehow, Cadance escaped that curse (if she really was born a Crystal Pony and then ascended to an Alicorn).

Im imagining that the Crystal Empire wasn't completely isolated. There is a train line still in existence that runs up there... so there had to be trade/travel between Equestria and other parts of the world.
Im guessing that any crystal ponies outside of the empire may have been stuck outside when the curse came down, maybe started up a colony. They eventually lost their crystalness... why Cadance isn't all sparkly... but they all remembered and made sure that someone knew what to do when it reappeared?

It's a shame that Apple went to bed before the Drawfriend today. I think he would have liked one picture on it XD I'll have to keep the link in mind. Or PM him, one of the two.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.

We need to show sombra that we beleive in our beleifs just as much as he beleives in his!
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.

Its stuff like the Crystal Empire and Nightmare Moon that I want some kind of big prequel video game, maybe like War for/Fall of Cybertron does for Transformers Prime (even if there are a few inconsistencies between the games and the show)

Well, I bet the local fandom is bugging Hasbro Singapore and Innoform Media to hurry up and release more pony content locally :V I know I want to toss lots of request feedback in their mailbox too
@Crowfall: End the possible brony goldmine? I think not

I wonder how much the execs at Hasbro consider the bronies vs target demographic when makign decisions.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.

Thank god they aren't like Disney and their crazy three seasons only rule. What was up with that?
#342448TurtlebutterFri, 22nd Feb '13 5:50:16 PMfrom A Marshy Pond
With the recent changes and the removal of Derpy... I'd say that Hasbro doesn't really consider the Brony demographic at all.
That's just my opinion though.
#342449Ace Of ScarabsFri, 22nd Feb '13 5:50:45 PMfrom Singapore
@Yeller: If they can get the parents to buy pony along with the kids...
@Crowfall: Rule of Syndication, wherein they print money off syndicated reruns.
@Turtle: Since when is Derpy gone? She's all over the coronation itself and has a new toy.
They figured they would make more money syndicating the episodes they had then making new ones past that point. I have no idea if that was true or not.
Ninja'd
Derpy apparently showed up for the season finale. Make of that what you will.
Besides this is probably Hasbro playing it safe by keeping to the demographic they know for this franchise. On the other hand the comic series is pretty much made for Bronies.
