One thing I really don't get: Why was the judge so reluctant to hear a witness after the verdict was handed down? IIRC, the exact same thing happened in Case 4, and he didn't complain as much then.

Horns on humanizations seem to be really hard to do right. Most of the time, they just look unsightly.
