I might wear one of the cutie mark shirts

I nearly did.

I spied a cute little bronette one day in the lecture theatre, who had Pinkie Pie cover on her book (I thought it was a sticker. Turns out she made it herself).

We got to chattin', but she's sadly spoken for. But I don't mind, because now I have someone else to talk to about ponies!

P.S: She's Twilight in human form!

I don't. My girlfriend is extremely confused by my love of the show, hehe.

Also, I don't think anyone should be afraid to wear the shirts out. Small sample pool, I know, but I've been wearing my pony shirts (some are quite conspicuous, especially one of my Twi shirts and my Fluttershy shirt) out in public for months now and I don't even get any weird looks. I think at least where I live people are too clueless or self-absorbed to care or notice.

x 4 I believe so as well, and hope so, since any thing that gets Hasbro money from Fi M is needed, gotta make sure they're raking enough to cash to keep the epic ponyness coming.

It was the same image of Pinkie that can be found in her character sheet here. She just made a small copy of it and cellotaped it to the corner of the notebook.

Edit: Scratch that. It's been changed.

It was the standard image of Pinkie sort of dancing on three legs.

Do you think you NEED to come into this show with an open mind? Or do you think ANYONE can be converted?

I already liked cartoons and cute things, so I guess I would have liked it anyway (though "Suited For Success" did get me. I watched them mostly out-of-order at first, though).

You'd be surprised at the power of a closed mind. It can make grown men weep and pacifists want to hit someone.

I was a mix of "let's see what this is about, " and "I am going to hate this show." No, really, I expected to hate/not like this show. I am still surprised that I am enjoying it.

To go back to a topic from last page, WeLoveFine is an alright place to order from. Their shirts are really rather expensive for the quality (kind of thin fabric), and when I ordered the 'Keep Calm and Canter On' shirt I got 'Keep Calm and Brony On'... shipping took a total of nineteen days and they charged me eight extra dollars for it after promising free shipping for orders over $50 (which is two shirts).

Basically, if you're okay with that, go for it. I did get my shirts and they do serve me well, but it was definitely a three-star experience.

I was drawn in by that Master Link X Youtube poop of all things. Someone linked it to me and I knew instantly there was something I liked about the animation. Some TV Tropes research later and I'm watching the first episode. Stop about 7 mins in from sugar overload. Come back a day later to really give it its fair shake. 7 days later and I've marathonned all the available episodes. I'm definitely still around for the ponies themselves, but the fandom helps magnify my love for them. I'm kind of like Anon in that I spend tons more time here than I normally would thanks to you guys.

Sonic Rainboom clinched it for me. I LOVE the show!

Got interested after watching the SF Debris review of the pilot and liking what I saw, some quick Wiki walking around TV Tropes to see just how huge a deal a lot of people took it, a few you-tube vids later, and I'm hooked.

And as weird as this sounds, I think it was the you-tube comments that really got me into the fandom, just the shear amount of positive, non-troll posts on nearly every episodes vids was astonishing...

Even starting to read some fan-fics...and I've never gone looking for fan-fic before.

@Red: The price is the main reason I haven't ordered any of them. I don't have $25 to spend at the moments. Damn gas prices. If I do come up with the cash, I'll probably get this, this, or this.
