Hmm, Discord strikes me more as a Final Boss type, not a playable.

BTW, there will be 17 characters total. Seems like an oddly specific number for a game in pre-alpha, though.

You know, much like with Touhou, it wasn't the actual show that got me involved with the ponies, it's the awesome fandom.

It was the fandom that dragged me in, for sure, but if I found this show on my own, I'm pretty sure I would have been a fan anyway.

Kayeka: If they're following a competent design process, how many characters they want to include would have been one of the first things they would have worked out, especially since the art would have to be made to order and that type of stuff takes just as long, if not longer than the programming (depending on how many artists a project can snag, of course).

I'm getting the Pie Family Rock Farm one. That's one I can wear in public without having to deal with unfortunate conversations.

This. As much as I love the show, there are only a few shirts on that site I'd be comfortable wearing in public. The rock farm is a good one, as is steampunk Gummy.

The site has popped up on Equestria Daily before, so I'd assume it's safe.
