Well, it's just... Forgive me for venting a bit, but it seems like every time Applejack is brought up, you restate how woefully underutilized she is, or how she's outclassed in every way by the other girls, or wondering why [X] awesome moment wasn't being done by Applejack instead. Heck, the idea of her being underused wouldn't have really crossed my mind much otherwise.

And the subject of Pinkie kind of goes in a similar, but opposite, direction.

It's just... I dunno. It's kind of wearing thin, you know?

The closest she's ever come to losing it was "Applebuck Season" and there were extenuating circumstances: she'd gone so long without sleep she really was starting to go insane.

"Dragonshy", "Call of the Cutie", "Green Isn't Your Color", "Party of One", and "Lesson Zero".

Honestly, since we are getting more A Day in the Limelight episodes (or so it seems), I wouldn't object to just seeing an episode about a day on Sweet Apple Acres. We'd get to see more fo Big Mac and Granny Smith, and see how they interact as a family. Hell, there's even a possible moral: friends are nice, but you need to spend time with family, too.

As for what sends AJ bonkers, we could once again turn to CMFIS - since her special talent is tending to apples, something upsets her farmwork. Maybe she runs into a gopher that's messing with the farm she can't beat, so she laments that she's not a good enough farmer? Or a tree that just wont grow or something?

Or a prank from Pinkie and Dash gone wrong: They plant a 'gag tree', with Apples that won't fall no matter how hard she bucks. Eventually she buckes it so hard the tree breaks, and she freak out because she thinks she killed one of her trees?

I like the possibility of a tricksy gopher. There's potential for some, dare I say it, hijinx there, and an over-the-top resolution

That would teach Dash and Pinkie a lesson too. Be sensitive in your pranking!
