I just lost all the progress I've made on my fanfic last night. There goes what little motivation I had to finish it.

Then again, it was just around 10-15 lines.

@Apple: I suspect wing size might be just one of several traits factoring into standards of physical beauty. Other factors might be stuff like the coloration, how even the feathers are, how clean they are, etc. And even if there is some widely agreed-on standard of beauty, there's still probably going to statistical outliers, ponies attracted to individuals who don't fit the traditional standards. I.E. tiny wings are somepony's fetish.

Or... we could take everything on-screen completely literally, which would mean the vast majority of pegasi have exactly the same body type and wing size. Which leads to Perpetual Lurker's WMG that the majority of ponies would have attractions to personalities rather than appearances.

@JT: Well, getting superpowers falls into the Call to Adventure territory. I will jump like a cow in a nursery rhyme if I ever get that Call.

If I were to be reasonable, I would wish only two things:

1. I wish I have better eyesights, so I can serve in special forces.

2. I wish I stop procrastinating so damn much.

Nah, it makes sense. I almost feel the same way. Twilight is my favorite, but the rest of the mane six are all tied for second place.

I myself am just trying to work out if Batty would be considered 'hot'. Yes, he's big and muscular and has massive wings...but he also has weird looking cat like eyes and fangs. Oh, and odd looking tuffs on his ears.

It seems like every wish that someone can think of to make their life better in some way has a real life caveat to it.

Lottery-Government's going to come down on you and people will start asking for handouts.

Hot girlfriend-Cheater or gold digger or something else.

Superpowers-People might think you're obligated to use them for good

Like, perfectly between the extremes of personality as opposed to a quivering pile of psychotic nerves.

Also, I'd ask for a hot boyfriend instead.

@Meta: I'd probably stick to "their relationships are founded primarily on emotional connections" even if they did have different body types because it just fits the themes of the show better. Not that physical attraction isn't a factor, it just isn't a primary one.

@Con: If I did get superpowers, I'd probably use them primarily for Mundane Utility. Not that I wouldn't stop a mugger or whatever if I saw one on the street, but I'm not the type of guy to stalk around in back alleys looking for trouble.

@Kalloon: Not really. I do like some of the cast more than others, but they shift quite a bit depending on a given episode. I.e. this past one gave RD a serious boost.

@Apple: You could make those unique aspects of his personality the things that draw attention. Like maybe mares find his unique eyes alluring or something.

@Librarian: If I ever would win the lottery (which would be a miracle because I'm too cheap to buy tickets because that's dumb) I'd be as secretive as possible about it. If all went according to plan no one would know except for two or three friends and maybe my parents.

Also, I totally forgot to post it earlier, but My review of Wonderbolts Academy is done.
