UPDATE: Pinkie was bitten again. No ill effect happen, since she's already infected.

@Sereg: Given that one of the tools my sorcerer was given late in our campaign was a pair of linked metal rings that were basically portals and a Ring of Telekinesis to move them around with... our campaign ran on Rule of Cool, and it was awesome.

I imagine that Alan and Arbiter wants to put her down, but Steve and Twilight won't let them.

UPDATE: Pinkie Pie turned, and was shot dead by Steve. Much crying was had, and Twilight spent 4 hours blasting through a horde as revenge.

Ahh, tabletop games and logical possibilities.

One of my friends is working out a system that uses very simple, but very wide-ranged effects that you can use in any way, so long as you can tie it to the ability you're using, and make a roll with difficulty decided by the DM.

For example, a Mage could have the spell "Resist". You could try Resist Cold to survive low temperatures. Resist Impact to have better armor in a fight. Resist Hunger to go without food. And so forth. Other spells like Flash or Beautify have interesting qualities if you put your mind to it. An then there's stuff like "Create [Fire/Earth/Ice/Wind/Food]".

Even physical classes have some interesting stuff. Say you're a Fighter. How many different ways can you interpret a move called "Smash"?
