Show canon trumps card canon. Not sure where commentary falls on that spectrum though.
Gotta sleep. Night folks!

Man, I really, really wish I could find a place to play Dn D...
Same here. I finally found someone oferring to let me join their group, but I won't be able to start until January at best.

I'll be leaving too. Goodnight everyone.
Oh, the thread? Don't worry, it's just dead
.
I nearly said, "That Luna picture is going to haunt my sleep, " without thinking about it.
Insert something witty that makes me better than all of you, here.
Besides, it was my first time playing D&D, and I had no idea druids were so overpowered.
Actually, Druids are one of the least powerful Tier 1 classes. They have the highest power floor, meaning it's near impossible to screw up your build. On the other hand, they also have the lowest power ceiling. Wizards, on the other hand are more poewrful if you know waht you're doing, but they're also possible to mess up completely. They also get a lot more benefit from noncore materials.
I think commentary should trump cards unless they're clearly joking.

Do you think a Haunter could try to eat Luna?

Nah, they're not hardcore enough.
I remember a session I played in which our Barbarian was allowed to be a Large person by the DM to begin with. Our wizard had Enlarge Person and would often use it to drop the Barbarian on top of things from a jumping attack.
I think EPs would be the race best suited for terraforming. High physical strength, unique affinity for plant life, that sort of thing. (Also, for some reason I can see an EP war tactic where a huge army marches in unison to create an earthquake.)
"I've come to the conclusion that this is a very stupid idea."
That shoudn't actually work. There aren't any large humanoids. Fr precisely that reason. There are large monstrous humanoids and giants, but Enlarge person doesn't work on them. You'd need Enlarge monster which is a higher level spell.
I bet if you posted that on the right forums, they'd respond with 10 ways to do it at level 1.
