Darn, I mention a German movie and Crowlover isn't here.

@Kegi: Only thing I read by him was The Elenium and The Tamuli, to be honest.
That would be running a punchline into the ground.
I wonder if an earth pony could have magic as their special talent. Like that dwarf in Dragon Age who studied at the Circle and came up with a bunch of magic theories despite having no magical ability herself.
Ah, well that's fair enough. I kinda preferred The Belgariad and it's sequel series, but they were the first of his I'd read. The Elenium and Tamuli were also a lot of fun.
Hey...if they had the right materials...could earths make magical items?
Tealove is best pony.
Ask The Mane Six
There's no evidence either way, so I don't see why they couldn't.
It'd be hard for them to make all the swirly motions with their hooves, though.
Still Spell?

@JT: Once again the fandom proves that any casual though I have has already been drawn out over thousands of words in at least one fanfic.

Journalism is just a gun. It's only got one bullet in it, but if you aim right, that's all you need.
@Apple I'd say so. Maybe they'd be better at working the basic materials while unicorns are better at enchanting the final product, but I could see both making enchanted items.
Oh, the thread? Don't worry, it's just dead
.
In theory, I'd say yes, but I'm not sure whether it works like that in practice.
