The two episodes cover the ensuing legal battle to officially define consent in a world where mind-control spells exist. Twilight is absent for the rest of the season due to being deemed to need to serve time for abuse of the want-it-need-it spell.

well there was that one series of comic strips about Chrysalis showing up with a marriage license from Los Pegasus making her and SA legally married, and then showing Shining trying to deal with having two wives.

Yeah, I don't see Chrysalis being that old either.

I'm sure Shiny would love having two wives.

I sort of came up with an idea for a Mad Scientist type unicorn villain. He'd/she'd be a unicorn who was born with a rare genetic defect in which the horn fails to develop (it manifests as a small bump on the forehead at most) and thus leaves the afflicted with virtually no magical power. In the community in which she grew up, unicorns with said condition are considered "undesirables" and thus scorned by the most of society. This of course fostered intense bitterness in the young unicorn at an early age and made him/her swear to make them regret that. So this unicorn dedicates his/her life to studying anatomy/medicine, technology, and magic and through it eventually comes up with a ingenious yet obviously dangerous self-performed surgical procedure to give him/herself the power his/her condition denied her. The result is that she now has a some form of Magitek skull graft on her forehead with a hole in the center, electronically linking directly with his/her brain in which he/she can insert or "jack" a specifically engineered artificial horn which allows him/her to finally use magic (kind of like the arc reactor Tony Stark can install by hand into his chest/heart). AND she has an entire set of interchangeable horns depending on which kinds of magic he/she wants to use.
