@Ginger: What shots? She showed up in the pilot in one shot in Dash's vision of Cloudsdale being destroyed, in Lesson Zero for one shot fighting Mayor Mare for the doll, and in one shot here in the apple bobbing thing. It's not like she's receiving a ton of extra focus; she's just another BG pony that happens to show up on a regular basis.

Probably. They must have figured that voicing four characters in one episode would have been a bit much.

Also, I imagine her as less likely to freak out over Luna, and having reasonable ponies wouldn't have worked for this episode.
