We could just do something like having canon levels like Star Wars has. The show itself is absolute canon, the EU stuff is the next level, then the merch, etc.

As far as making a G4 page, I'm rather ambivalent about it. I don't think we really need one at this point, but I see no reason not to if someone thinks it would be useful.

@Cal: Do that many other series have a bunch of shirt-exclusive characters in the first place, though? And the way I figured it was is that most people just don't bother adding minor outside media characters due to their obscurity rather than actively deciding to not cover those characters.

@story: A lot of 'em aren't meme-related.

On the subject of the My Little Pony page, I feel I should point out that its list is also for some reason on another page as well, My Little Pony Adaptations.

@Whatshisgame: I've always felt that My Little Pony Adaptations page is a little redundant since we have two lists of adaptations.

Well, I've decided that I'll hold off on launching a page for G4 until the Expanded Universe gets bigger. But I'll work on it as a draft on my computer as a head start, then launch it when the time comes. But, I would like to call dibs on making the draft so that no one else will make something similar.

Wiki History!

Originally, everything My Little Pony related was on one page, then each adaption got its own page and a separate index, My Little Pony Adaptations, was made. Then, said index was copied to the main My Little Pony page because Transformers also indexes all of its adaptations on its main page. The adaptions page was never deleted though.

Yeah...we need to get rid of that page. Its useless.

I don't problem with G4 getting it's own page, but some of the Other pages associated with the core show don't necessarily need pages of their own.

and good news, yet more of the troll Tumblr takedowns are getting appealed and taken back. This just makes me so happy. I don't even care for some of the blogs, but just that to me it shows how great this fandom truly is, sure there are a few, very very few bad apples that try to ruin everyones fun if they don't like it, but that's everywhere. But when they strike, we rally and fight back together, so very very happy about it.

also, I got me some pony shirts on the way from Jitters, help him out from the paypal issues

Apparently a group found that the Tumblr reporting system is fully automatic and thus pretty flawed, and exploited it to take down several prominent clop art tumblrs, and then moved on to less adult pony tumblrs (the Molestia blog went down for a few hours).

It's still unknown if it's a morality thing or just trolls, there's evidence for both.

I can understand opposing some of the R34 content, but as we are all adults I think, that we're capable of choosing to avoid those areas of a fandom that annoy us, rather than resorting to the tactics they have been using ad exploiting a system.

I'm glad to hear you're that you've got the paper well in hand Applelight, even if you have yet to start it.

Thing is, it's pretty clear most of the people doing this are NOT adults, just from the way they talk and brag and strut, it's clear their teenagers or younger for the most part. And some of it may be simplt brony haters trying to troll what they see as an easy target.

Yet. Knowing tumblr, it'll take a long while for this to blow over, if it does at all, and during this time there's a pretty good chance they'll recover. Of course, there's also the chance for more takedowns, although that seems to be dying down a little earlier.
