I like Sereg's fanon that Pinkie's bilocation is exploiting a quantum physics loophole (thus she can only do it because she doesn't know how she's doing it), and I like to expand that and imagine that all of her reality warping powers only work when she isn't thinking about them.
That would be running a punchline into the ground.
After I finish writing Alarm Clock, I need to make a sequel one-shot where Derpy interacts with Pinkie. So I can compare and contrast their brands of altered reality.
That would be running a punchline into the ground.
I do feel that Sereg is inflating power levels a bit much. The fact of the matter is that in terms of affecting the plot, Pinkie Sense is the only real supernatural ability Pinkie has. Everything else is just Pinkie's strange logic and habits.
Here's hoping that we'll get to see ponies use granular jamming to launch objects from their hooves without throwing.
If they really have granular jamming, they should also be able to grip walls like Spiderman.

Hm. There are points in that where she only has one hoof on the ground. Perplexing.
Though I guess this is just a case where function (character needed to be walking, talking, and holding something) trumped accuracy.
It's a shame they couldn't have been a bit more creative (carrying it in a bag?)
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Random question that I asked before.
What is the most advanced piece of technology shown in the show?
No heroes, no villains, only people.
I'd have to say Twilight's sensory equipment from Feeling Pinkie Keen.
The x-ray machine in Read It And Weep. Or Twi's brain scanner thing in Feeling Pinkie Keen, but that was probably powered by magic.
“I’m not here to help. Read my CV. Does not help. Does not clean. Will have sex with anything.” -
The Cat
including launching the library into the air
That was just a gag.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
The X-ray could have been created by a spell as well.
To quote Vegita: "Power levels don't mean shit, "
DURRRR..
The arcade machines were pretty advanced too.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Rarity's kitchen in Sisterhooves Social looked pretty modern, considering.
They looked more advanced than Pong to me.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Neuroimaging and radiography were invented in 1900s, if I remember correctly, and Pong came out in 1970s.
I wonder why Twilight never uses a typewriter. Sure, she has Spike, but there has to be time when she has to write things on her own, like when Spike is absent or doing other tasks or when she is writing something that contains a lot of hard words.

No heroes, no villains, only people.
Because she has no reason to print anything, so just writing it is faster.
