I think this King Sombra guy is evil. Just a hunch.
Also, this Crystal Empire seems like it's not a nice place, seeing as Celestia pretty much shits herself upon hearing of it.
And also, Celestia is sending her living superweapons, her niece, who can weaponise
love, and her top soldier to this matter. It's pretty damned important then.

I didn't notice any change in Twilight's voice.
Shiny's wearing the wrong armour.
His armour is totally black, which will stick out like a sore thumb in a winter combat situation.
Then again, ponies are so colourful that it must not be a big issue.
