I believe he's referring to the bit where Twi falls down the stairs, then levitated herself just before she hit the floor. This left her hanging in the air upside-down. Rather than righting herself and then lowering a a foot or so, she just teleported herself onto the floor.

That would be running a punchline into the ground.

There's a backlog of undelivered mail for the Empire from 1000 years ago that had been sitting aroun since it disappeared, as soon as word got out it was back, Equestria's trustiest mailmare made it her mission to make sure that mail got delivered.

@JT: It's probably the wingless blank-flanked version of her; Dizzy Twister next to the pony next to her is the same, and the two of them have appeared like that from that angle in other episodes.
