If Sea Ponies must have accent they should have something from place like Hawaii, Jamaica, Oceania or other island states.

I guess it depends on your definition of "snapped." if we're talking full blown insanity, then I'd say we've only seen it happen to Twilight, Fluttershy and Pinkie. However, I'd also argue that Dash, Rarity and AJ have all had their share of moments in a fractured state of mind.

...Now I want to see episodes where those three go completely crazy too.

Twilight, Pinkie, Fluttershy, and RD have all had moments where you can clearly see they've changed for the worse. Aj and Rarity may have had similar moments, but they were subtler.

Though I argue causing an entire town to fight each other over a single object is weaponizing insanity, it was just wasn't used against an enemy.

I noticed that crazy Twilight from this episode is combination of psychological breakdowns of Mane Cast (exept AJ).

I wasn't aware there were different kinds. Unless you perhaps meant a tropical island? Here's an idea, though: Different regions of Sea Ponies, based off of different places currently or previously owned by the british empire? It would allow for an interesting variety (australian earth-sea ponies, Indian unicorn sea ponies), and lots of delightful different accents.

And yes, before you say it, I am aware that this is not exactly what you were referring to.
