No specific accent. See Ponies from previous cartoons don't have that accent. And I don't like idea that specific spiecies represent specific nation.

Yeah, I gotta say I'm sort of in favour of the sea ponies sounding like liverpool dock-workers. On the other hand, I'd love them to be frnech for the connection to Ys. There's also Atlantis, but the pegasi have the greek motif covered already. Maybe the upper-class of sea ponies are french? ...Somehow...
