Even without Derpy you still had people distracted by Pinkie. It certainly didn't help that AJ, the supposed focus of the episode. Was not the character that we actually ended up focusing on, but her friends.

Most people probably don't find her as entertaining though.

@Mio - I wasn't too distracted by Pinky, for some reason. I guess it is because she is my least favorite of the Mane Cast.

I watched the episode after watching Cherry Bomb episode of Friendship is Witchcraft. I honestly thought that Applejack's problem was that she turned into a bomb.

I have a feeling that each of the six will only be getting one focus episode each this season.

That would leave 7 episodes. 2 episodes for the Crystal Empire premiere. PROBBBBBBBBALY 2 episodes for the finale, so that would leave 3 episodes.

1 episode for the backstory episode, leaving 2 miscellaneous episodes.

This season is gonna feel really short. :(

I don't know, but I would have liked to see some scenes in which Twilight writes letter to Shining Armor, things like asking how the training is going and such.

Just a random thought.

I recently had this idea of a fanfic, that is basically MLP:FIM, with all ponies being human.

For some reason, the idea resulted in:

Human!Twilight charging at Human!Nightmare Moon with laser blade on her hand(like this one).
Human!Rainbow Dash clearing the whole town's cloud in five seconds by shooting a ball of lightning to the sky.
Human!Applejack catching a knife thrown at her with her teeth and shattering it.
Human!Rarity delivering a beatdown to one of the mooks, then complaining about getting her hands dirty.

One of those days, I guess.
