Hamtaro was one of my favorite shows when I was younger waii

I would say don't judge me but this is a thread where people watch a show that was supposed to be for little girls XD

I have no idea what Hamtaro is but adorable is the universal language.

It's basically an anime about hamsters.

Speaking of Hamtaro, There was one time when my sister was watching the show while I was leaving the house, and then I heard one of the male charectors say something like "Boy, I'd sure like to plant seeds with her".

The way he said it, combined with my dirty mind and lack of context did not make that sound as innocent as it should have been {And yes, I know that he was reffering to Seeds that Hamsters eat}.[lol]

I don't see how that line could possibly not be intentional.

I'd put that in the "it may not have been an intentional innuendo, but the writers had to have been aware of it" group.

Oh, I love cartoons.

The joy of catching dirty jokes hidden in children's media is like no other.

My brother has now watched four episodes. He says he "doesn't really like it" but keeps bringing up how cute it is.

Specifically, he watched the first two episodes of each season.

BTW, artist:spicy has done some hawt humanized art on Derpi. Too hot for me to risk linking

eh, only that rarity one would have been too saucy to post. and maybe the Fluttershy one. The other two, we've had way saucier than that posted here before.

@Hamtaro: Huh, there's a show I wasn't expecting to hear of again. I used to watch that when I was younger.

@CDRW and Autraeoh: what is this fic about? why is it split into a gazillion chapter each about 1000 words long? I like to know roughly what I'm getting into with a fic, and "RD flies East" has to be the least adequate fic description I've ever seen...

@ Blissey: Each chapter is a short scene. It starts out just like the description, Rainbow Dash is flying east, and each scene depicts some of the stuff she comes across. It has some incredibly evocative imagery, including the most powerful depictions of isolation I've ever come across, and the reason she's flying east is slowly revealed bit by bit. It's pretty minamalist, as the description shows, but it really works.

The author updates it every day, which is why the chapters are so short.

Throughout the clip I just kept thinking of The Princess and the Frog.

@Blissey - Ah, that fic. I am interested in check it out. I have several other pony fanfics to check out, though. Hmm, it seems that so far the only fanfics I actually finished are The Best Night Ever and Anthropology. I loved both of them.

Well, better get to bed. Good night,

[up][up]Probably. It didn't become the most controversial episode in the series for nothing.

[down]Do you do this for any reason other then irony?

I think Lesson Zero was worse from Steve's point of view.

@Bluespade: When he says "cute", he may not specifically mean in a good way. As genuinely endearing as the show is, it is admitedly saccharine in tone, which is of very particular taste.
