Scootaloo is picked on because she's the easiest to pick on.

I'll admit that I support disabled Scootaloo now that I've heard what Faust's original plans were because they make sense and I believe that it could be a good development for her. My mother was a blind quadroplegic, so I have respect for things with disabledcharacters rather than plot devices.
