If I did a documentary on pony fans, I'd make everyone I interviewed talk in a pony voice.

...you know, there's a lot of irony in a show about love and friendship bringing out the worst in some people.

Never liked the "love and tolerate" mantra that bronies have adopted, seeing as how many are pretty unhinged.

Obviously Discord got to them. Discord got to anyone who thinks they're clever by making "X amount of people are Y" whenever someone dares dislike the video they like. I liked it at first. But the more I tried to dig into the fandom, the more I started to dislike people and felt unwelcome.

I try to stand by the mantra whenever I can. A show like this should NOT bring out the worst in people

and thankfully my only exposure to the fandom has been through this site. (I hope to keep it that way too) and you guys have been some of the nicest people that I've ever met

Yeah...thats not what I meant. Some fans get pretty defensive sometimes, and seemingly lose their sanity for a moment.

As I said, I've had some not-fun unpleasent encounters with bronies. Don't like the mantra that much cause I just can't believe it.

I haven't visited the other major pony sites like ponychan. This place has been very kind, open minded, fairly critical, and level headed.

As for the love and tolerate mantra, that is something I live by (long before the show) and hope others live by as well.

...do I seem to exhibit any undesirable traits to you?

^I make the occasional trip there. It seems nice enough.

Kay, this was a page-ender and it seems like it got overlooked, so I'm asking again:

Somebrony here mentioned possibility of The Movie.

I'm just wondering, would having an Fi M movie actually be a good idea? Considering what kind of series it is, I can't see them making a plot that fits a movie's length... except for a plot which would require them making up yet another villain... or worse, bringing back Discord. Either of which would doom it to being automatically horrible IMO.

If they could come up with a story that isn't a cliched and out of place "mane six fight a villain using the Elements of Harmony" gig though, it would be pretty awesome.

ADDITIONAL QUESTION: If you were writing Fi M - The Movie, what would your plot be? (assuming it had to work within constraints Hasbro would allow—so no film adaption of Cupcakes or anything)

Maybe I'd have the ponies have to fight something without the elements of harmony. They'd disappear or something. Then it would end with something like a Spirit of the Elements appearing and the audience would all be "WTF WAS THAT."

Not everyone disliked "Return Of Harmony" y'know. And not everyone hated Discord.

I think they should continue making episodes like that so they can get better at them.

The Movie should be the epic culmination of their efforts

Nope, I think you're a pretty cool guy who doesn't afraid of anything.

x6 The Mane 6 are all incapacitated, and Luna and Celestia can't help either. So the CMC, Spike, Big Mac, or some other characters work together to defeat the Big Bad, forming a second Mane 6 or however many there are.

That agrument pro The Move idea. Elements of Harmony are the best episodes and more villains can improove thing. Even turning Disqord two parter into Move can fix most of things what some people complained.
