I love Lesson Zero, too, cause it's so perfectly Twilight. She's so neurotic. [lol]

My favorites are Sisterhooves Social, Sonic Rainboom, Hurricane Fluttershy, and Winter Wrap-Up among others.

[up]YMMV

I thought Twi's breakdown in It's About Time was funnier.

Arright, arright. I don't know what my millage, but I bet it'd give the EPA a heart attack.

My main complaint with Its About Time is that they repeated the scene verbatim. At least do it differently like in Endless Eight.

I think my favorite episodes would have to be Feeling Pinkie Keen, Sonic Rainboom, Read It And Weep, Dragonshy, Best Night Ever and Swarm Of The Centuary. Their might be more, but I haven't watched them in a while.

[up][up]Then again, at least It's About Time didn't do it eight times, and the scene was only a minute and a half long and not you know, a whole episode. But yeah, that was fillerish. Still a good episode though.

I think it's funny that way. We follow her around, and we experience the same moment twice from a different chronological perspective. I love Dramatic Irony.

Read it and Weep's up there for me, too, because Daring Do!

Also, the Halloween episode, because Luna!

Dragonshy was where I really started loving the show. I'd say it's the first truly great episode of the show.

@Dottie: But the thing is, we're all genre savvy enough that there really isn't any difference in knowledge between the two scenes for the viewer. Status Quo Is God (not to mention knowing Twilight at all) is a pretty good indicator that nothing all that horrible is going to happen.

I can't remember the name of the Halloween episode, but I so love Princess Luna's characterization.

[up]But it's kinda like that flow chart the puts Pulp Fiction in order. It's fun to think about.

Daring Do was great. I think I'm one of the few people who wasn't a big fan of Dragonshy though.

I liked Luna and Twilight in Luna Eclipsed, but I didn't like Pinkie or the way the moral was applied.

I am still gonna trick or treat this year. I'm glad I got Pinkie Pie to back me up.

Do they trick or treat in England, or is that American? Cause I always wondered why they weren't allowed to trick or treat at Hogwarts.

[up]We trick or treat in the UK. I'm not sure why they can't at Hogwarts.

We don't really celebrate Halloween over here.

The shops still try to push it though because, well, you know.

That's a shame. Halloween is second best holiday!

You sure you don't do anything for Halloween, Purps?

Nope. Never been trick or treating.

But we have Guy Fawkes Night which more than makes up for our lacklustre Halloweens.tongue

[up]Aren't you English like me though? We have pretty good Halloween's, at least where I live... Perhaps it's a regional thing too?

We do have good Guy Fawkes Night though. It's our Fireworks day!

I bet Guy Fawkes Day is a lot of fun. I've always wanted to burn an effigy. Nothing burns like an effigy!

But still, I think Halloween is great. I love the stupid, tacky, scary stuff, and the candy, and the costumes, and the atmosphere in general. You're missing out if you've never trick or treated.

[up] So it's like Independence Day = All Hallows Eve?

@Cookoo Yeah, it might be a regional thing. Whereabouts do you live?

@Connie It consists of fireworks and ritual-like hatred of Guy Fawkes.
