A bunch of the out-of-show works are adaptations of episodes, so those installments are definitely in Alternate Continuities (more than one since different things have adapted some of the same episodes).

As for that "German" wedding story, some of the lesser-noticed evidence of it not being official includes Fluttershy being a Rainbow Dash Palette Swap without rearing up (the official artwork of her as an RD recolor uses her rearing pose), the presence of Dewdrop Dazzle (none of the known official comics/stories have included any toyline-only ponies) & Yellowstar (an Original Character), and Celestia being pink (most of her toys are pink, but her official artwork never is).

Darn it, I though it was going to be a hare! Parasprites are acceptable I guess.

The fake's mistakes are basically a comedic exaggeration of the level of mistakes that have appeared in official stories and comics.
