@JT:Huh, for speedart that's not bad. The hair and tail is obviously lacking but the legs are very well shaped. Fluttershy's...rump... doesn't rise as high as is normal (it usually arcs up above the back) but other than that the torso looks well shaped.

Yeah, the hair I basically went "Ah screw it", the tail is weird because I didn't want to bother with having to line it up correctly behind the leg. And I'm honestly surprised I got the torso shape as close to on model as I did; I usually end up having to redraw it a few times.
I've also noticed I have a tendency to draw the legs a bit skinner than they are in the show. Whenever I try to make them show accurate they always end up stubby look. I'll chalk it up to developing my own style.

I like the longer legged look myself. The ponies in show are really pudgy and stumpy. And it's really cute... but I kind of like the more elegant look they get in good fanart.
I don't usually go for humanizations that much but wow, this one kind of blows me away.◊

The ahuizotl was a species from Aztec myth, yet it's the name of an individual from the Daring Do series. That's the inverse of what happened with Pegasus (an individual from Greek myth, then the name of a species in numerous western fantasy 'verses).

Yeah, that's why I haven't tried to "fix" it. I'm actually starting to experiment a bit with varying the styles. So far all I've done is make Pinkie look a little pudgier, and give AJ slightly stockier legs, but it's a start if I want to develop my own style, I guess.
And that humanization is badass.
