What the French dub does with the Fancy in "The Cutie Pox"
Whether they keep "Family Appreciation Day", "Baby Cakes", and "Hearth's Warming Eve" in order
What the dubs do with Derpy in "The Last Roundup"

I really don't think that "fancy" is the actual name of the language in universe. It's too generic of a word, not to mention that "French" has been used in-universe.
