@Registered: I only played through it once, and I don't think it seemed too difficult. Then again I don't really play shmups that often, at the end I ended up killing myself trying to see how much damage enemy shots did.
I feel like I could touch the heavens, and sock angels.
Element of Indecision.

@Sky Indeed.

Okay, played the shmup.
Gonna have to chip in with WASD not working well with Shift. With little exception you want to be able to let one hand do exclusively basic movement without having to hit anything else. You also don't want your pinky in particular having to hold a button for long periods of time.
The manual vs. autofire is weird, but I can see what you were trying to do. I played a flash shmup a while back that did both with one button — it only went into focus fire if you held the button, but pulsing it gave you the unfocus. You might want to consider something similar to cut down on how many buttons you're keeping track of, especially as you're already using Shift.

I too would like Rarity to...lose her shit, as you say.

Now I'm trying to think of something that would cause Rarity to go insane that doesn't involve her shop being ruined somehow. That's too easy.
Also, ATG prompt #17: Draw a pony feeling the heat.

They haven't started dubbing season 2 yet?
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.

Well, no Season 2 episodes have been released auf Deutsch yet, as well as my Google Fu can determine.
Wouldn't surprise me if they start doing so soon, though.

I remember watching someone playing RDR. They accidently rode off the side of a canyon, their horse died but they were perfectly fine, and then a new horse appeared out of nowhwere. I don't think it's just the horses in that game that are strange.
