I assume Story is referring to Classical alchemy. Zecora's potions and phylters are more the purview of apothecaries and we haven't sen anyone try to transmute metals, so no.

IF you only want to contain antiprotons or positrons, it's easy since you can use an electrical field inside a vacuum sealed container. Anti hyodrogen is much harder since it's neutral, so you need a magnetic trap.
