Btw, what can't be seen, is the cloud(s) contained inside that hold it up...but...I agree with JT...I think it needs a more visible method of suspension...and a ram...that is charged with LIGHTNING! THAT ENABLES IT TO BARGE PAST THE TIP OF A MOUNTAIN!

Huge "rafts" of overcast storm clouds would be fairly blatant going everywhere, and they could just rain of everypony's parades instead. Orion may not approve, but weather is distressingly easy to weaponize in itself.
On the other hand, it would hard to figure out which cloudraft actually has an airship on top.
