Yeah, Palutena is more or less a fully realized and fleshed out version of Trollestia.

I've just noticed that I'm not posting that much recently... With upcoming family and holidays, that's not likely to change for a while, either. Oh well.

Anyway, I've been reading a fic where in it, RD basically becomes Scootaloo's adopted big sister/mother, and it got me wondering, what would the main 6 be like as mothers? I think we have talked about this before, but it was a while ago if we did.

Twilight would be very by the book about everything, and AJ and Fluttershy would probably be quite competant. Rarity would probably do okay; she's good about details and working under stress, but given that she probably doesn't really like kids in general I don't know. Pinkie and RD...it really depends on whether they can buckle down and actually be somewhat serious about the situation.

That's the kind of question that you really wouldn't be able to answer without a lot of context, the largest unknown factor being who their partner is.

I think RD is capable of being a good parent; she just has to learn to prioritize "being a good mother" over "being awesome''. It's possible, athough I'm sure it would be an uphill battle for her.

Rainbow Dash would force herself to take responsibility and step up, I think. She is the bearer of the Element of Loyalty, after all. There's no way that she would ever willingly let her family down.

Though, once again we are entering that awkward place where I've actually written about this in depth in a fic, and I have to sort out real canon from fic-canon.
