My idea for a season finale
A villan (I'm thinking Tirek) sends out his minions to steal Discord's statue, the villan then uses his power to free him from his stone prison and they then try to conquer Equestria (The villan and Discord's interaction would be similar to Lex Luthor and The Joker in the Justice League ep "Injustice for all")
