Yeah, I don't doubt that fights happen, but I think most of them tend to resolve themselves in short order. I mean, look at Party of One. If a full-on psychotic break gets solved that easily, I can't imagine that marital squabbles are all that bad.
Even if she was taken away, why would there have been a rescue mission? Celestia's not the type of pony to actually do something like that.
