If anyone asked me about possible shipping between MLPFIM characters, well....
- Rainbow Dash/Pinkie Pie: As "Griffon The Brush-Off" showed, Pinkie was bouncing after Dash like Pepe La Pew, and acting like a stalker. Fortunately, Dash warmed up to her and they have proven to be quite the pair. Then there's that set of scenes in "Party Of One" where Dash went and got Pinkie....
- Rainbow Dash/Fluttershy: A number of episodes in Season 2 had the two of them paired up a lot, as "May The Best Pet Win!", "The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000", "Hurricane Fluttershy", and "A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2" have shown. I wonder where they'll go with it in Season 3!
- Rainbow Dash/Applejack: "Fall Weather Friends" demonstrated that these two are Not so Different when it comes to being competitive. At least they can bond other that!
- Rainbow Dash/Twilight Sparkle: I don't there's been an episode thus far that has the two of them together. In fact, before "Read It And Weep", they had little in common, due to Dash being an athlete and Twilight being an egghead. Of course, now that Dash has become an egghead herself, it may result in stronger ties between RD and TS.
- Rainbow Dash/Rarity: Okay, there hasn't been an episode that has the two of them together. In fact, they have little in common due to Rarity being the fashionista and Dash being a tomboy. Unless I see an episode that has them bonding over something, I just don't see much potential with this pairing!
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!
I see we're back on what our potential Cutie Marks would be were we to possess them. I've thought about it, and mine would probably two figures; one speaking, the other transcribing into a book. This would be representative of my drive to not only catalogue people's stories but also my drive to understand what drives them to tell the stories they do.

Journalism is just a gun. It's only got one bullet in it, but if you aim right, that's all you need.
I would probably have one, but I don't know what it would look like. I don't think hardly any pony knows what their mark will look like before they get it.
Honestly, if I ever worked on a shipping fanfic, I'd try to build up the relationship, regardless of which two pony's are involved in the pairing, like what JT is doing with his Appletwi fic.
Something else that brothers me is that legally Applejack wouldn't of be able to just going back into business after flim and flam skipped town, it's no longer her property.
The bet probably wasn't legally binding in the first place.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
@ Crow: Everyone ships Rainbow anyway. It's fairly common. You need greater devotion to Rainbow to be my apprentice.
Tealove is best pony.

Yeah, the fact that Twilight actually bothered to wipe it off when most cartoons wouldn't even bother is one of those details that makes me love this show.
It's especially odd since ponies must not have oral hygeinie issues due to how much they use their mouths and hooves on stuff.

I was kind of hoping that Twilight would be taken away at the end of Lesson Zero so I could see the reactions of the rest of the mane seven and the inevitable awesome rescue mission.

There's a lot of overlap between Cybertronian and Equestrian names
I once saw a quiz asking you to guess which names were ponies and which were porn stars. It was surprisingly difficult, especially since they used mostly g1 names and I don't know anything about porn.

If those symbols were really a language and not just normal cartoon page filler, then I have no idea how it would work. There are far too few symbols with them being repeated far too much for that writing to work out to anything understandable, especially if the characters represent concepts, rather than letters or words.
How about a Watsonian explanation: Pony English is like Sanskrit, where the written and spoken language have diverged dramatically. Naturally there would also be more colloquial forms of writing for those who couldn't bother to study.

Or a Apple Tiara fanfic.
Maybe she could teach the apples some buisness sense so they don't run into the cider issue again.

So seems Jerry Springer is looking for bronies to come on his show. Someone queue Ackbar.
