Carrie kind of bores me. It's all buildup and very little payoff.

I've never seen A Clockwork Orange. I should.

I pretty much never find horror movies scary, which is why I usually don't enjoy them at all.

[up][up] But after seeing her get horribly bullied, seeing her give some payback is really swell.

Same thing happens to the bullies that bullied my characters, even if my characters don't dish out the payback.

I do recommend it, but holy shit, it's really fucked up.

Plus, Malcolm.

I didn't like Carrie, either the book or the film. The book was slightly better but that isn't saying much. As for A Clockwork Orange, I feel it is over-hyped to the nth degree and far inferior to Kubrick's other works like Paths of Glory and Doctor Strangelove.
Always more Hufflepuff bones to sharpen.

I would be all over one of those like suck on a Lily Allen song - Inverurie Jones.

[up][up]My characters that got bullied got f'ed up because of their bullies as well...

Omelette: A bully shone laser pointers into her eyes, until they were so damaged, she's now photophobic, and has to wear sunglasses.

Isaac: He got humiliated at a Middle School Prom, by having slushies and eggs thrown at him. Also, his girlfriend that was in the hospital died. Because of that, he became a Hikikomori.

Yuki: Oh, boy... She had dodgeballs thrown at her in the hallways, she got locked in a locker before Spring Break (Luckily, she managed to get out.), and that was Elementary School. In Middle School, she got bricks tossed at her, she got wedgied, swirlied, her teachers failed her on purpose, when she should had passed, and... The bullies physically scarred her with a switchblade... All because of her real name. (Katrina)

I'm relatively fond of terrible horror movies. Except the shit on SyFy.

I consider this the greatest moment ever in B-Movie horror.

[up][up]I love Dr. Strangelove. It's hilarious.

[up] And I'm pretty fond of So Bad, It's Good horror.

Oh, sorry, I was replying to a comment above yours and left out an arrow.

But A Clockwork Orange is something that you put on the list of movies you have to see before you die.

After the first dozen or so punches, why didn't the guy get the clue that it might not be that good an idea?

Yeah, I thought it was another doctor at first, which spliced animal and human DNA.

And my Omelette got off pretty easy, in my opinion.

@Carc: That's the exact reason I don't care for horror movies much. If they're bad, they're bad, if they're good, I can't sleep that night. I don't care for either outcome.

[up][up][up] No, it was something different.

The Simpsons parodied it in a Treehouse of Horror once. It ended with Bart as a spider, and Homer as a walrus.

That was a parody of The Island of Doctor Moreau by H. G. Wells.

If enjoyment of a movie requires me to either be amused at how bad it is or experience a negative emotion that I have had way too much of these past couple years (my own fault, but still), then I do not want to watch that movie

THAT was it! I knew the Doctor's name had a M in it.

Animal Crossing 4 Real, huh?

I've only seen some of the movie with Marlon Brando. It was lame.

Yeah, Marlon Brando is another one of those guys who used to be hot but did not age well. Have you ever seen On the Waterfront? It's depressing, but it's good.

[up][up][up]If all of the characters in Animal Crossing talked about the House of Pain and eventually regressed back to animal-like states, sure!
