Combo of theology/Biblical literature/church history. Doesn't come up much because discussing anything remotely involving religion on the internet tends to end badly. tongue

Don't I know that tongue*

Sounds interesting, congratulations!
But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.

[up][up] Aargh, now you're making me want to check out the threads you post in. Then again, I've got the XKCD Disease, so it's probably not a good idea.

I met a guy with a mohawk yesterday who talked about his bronism about 10 minutes within me knowing him. Too bad I'll probably never see him again.
My PM box is always open to anyone who wants to talk/vent.

[up][up] Nowadays, none of these. But if you want some better religious discussion, I find that the religious threads in Troper Covens (as well as the Atheist thread, for that matter) are generally very level-headed and interesting.

EDIT: I am still a closet brony, I have to admit. tongue

In a week, I'm going at my parents' for some vacation: I cannot let my parents or my siblings learn that I watch My Little Pony. I would Never Live It Down, really.

Truly, this fandom is my darkest secret. tongue

My parents know, but they don't really care. At worst, they're mildly bemused by it. It helps that two of my RL friends also watch the show, though.

I don't hide the fact that I'm a brony, but I don't go out of my way to bring it up.

Pretty much only the immediate members of my family and my grandparents know.

The best reaction I've had was mild amusement.tongue

Though I did laugh when my brother reacted, as expected, with OTT disgust.tongue

I haven't told my family, but they probably wouldn't care, because they've never heard of a brony.

My friends, on the other hand, have met bronies before, and actively dislike them. Other than that, they're nice people, so I'm hoping to keep them as friends and not become a social pariah.

I was wearing a Derpy shirt when my parents came to visit. My dad pointed it out to my mom and they laughed.

Then again they thought the whole Furry thing I was into was cute. Im pretty sure I could tell them anything and they wouldnt care.

I had a party at my house and a guy fell asleep in the Family room in his fursuit, and my parents came home earlier than expected and my mom though the giant raccoon in the basement was funny...

Too bad my parents are psycho in other ways or they'd actually be pretty cool.

so can we count this thread for the main threads post/page count as well?

I think combining them would be more reasonable.

It's kind of funny that Ballos is the easiest part of that level. Like, blitz him down in seconds easy.

My experiences are the complete opposite. I can get to Ballos fairly easily but then he always kills me in seconds.
