I guess we claim this thread in the name of the Mane Thread in WA

Were we really have issues with the mods about WA thread that we had to move here?

As I understand it (but I'm not really in the loop) it's not that we had any real issues, but we were asked not to go too much offtopic in that thread.

basically some mods are upset at how much the thread goes off topic as well as lot of other stuff, most of it is being blown out of proportion. Since I really doubt there are as many issues as they claim compared to other threads if you account for how much bigger and more active the thread is. So proportionally, it's the same, it's just so much bigger then anything else that when looked at as a finite number the problems seem so much larger as well.

Plus the whole we tend to stick together and all rise up to defend anyone that gets in trouble/banned even if we admit they deserved it. just because they're our friend, but really what else can they expect given the show we all love.

Good news everyone! You are now reading this in Zoidberg's voice I beat the Undead Core in Cave Story! Bad news, Sanctuary is hard as a thing that is hard.

Is Sanctuary the very last level, the bonus one? If so, I gave up on it a while ago — I mean, I suppose I could keep trying, but it felt like an exercise in frustration and I do not really care for 100% completion.

The thing about Cave Story bosses is that the only reasonable strategy is to spam the fire button. I gave up on multiple occasions simple because my fingers hurt so much. I eventually did beat Ballos though.

I'm sort of a challenge gamer when I want to, but there is no freakin' way I'm going to try and beat the game on Hard Mode, or even worse, beat that stupid bonus DLC stage / boss.

I rarely bother taking on stuff like that just becuase it usually takes the game from "fun time killer" to "actual work".

This would be Pinkie Pie's favorite show.

Yeah, I imagine Pinkie would love Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo XD

She'd probably enjoy Excel Saga or Ninja Nonsense too.

Morning/Afternoon Folks!

I made a mistake and downloaded Dwarf Fortress again, I forget how addicting that game can be. I stayed up til 4am playing last night, yet still woke up at 1030. I swear no matter how little sleep I get I will always wake up at 1030....

It's kind of funny that Ballos is the easiest part of that level. Like, blitz him down in seconds easy.

I got to him a few times (after losing far, far more times earlier in the level) and generally, he destroyed me in seconds. The attack patterns were predictable, but they also were just too fast for me.

I tried to play Dwarf Fortress once, but I got bogged down by a combo of complexity and having no clue what the graphics represented.

In other news, I just found out that I might be able to get through my last year of graduate school without getting any more loans. Huzzah!
